چکیده
This article presents a bio-inspired circularly polarized ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) radio frequency identification (RFID) tag antenna for metallic and low-permittivity substances. design is based on leaf-shaped radiator, two shorting stubs, slots etched F4B substrate. Initially, the designed using characteristics mode analysis (CMA) by analyzing first six characteristic modes (CM) angles. The width of orthogonal varied to get resonance CM in required US RFID band. Moreover, edges are blended current distribution, which necessary circular polarization. In addition, proposed optimized further CST Microwave studio an chip exploited as capacitive coupling element (CCE) run with pattern. can also be tunable European (EU) band (866–868 MHz) changing length shorter diagonal slot. offers read range 7–4.5 m $100\times100$ mm2 metals plate substrates (for 902–928-MHz band). EU band, corresponding ranges 5.7 3.5 above metal objects, respectively. advantageous terms cost, polarization feature, ease fabrication due absence vias, pins, matching circuits. Therefore, this suitable labeling various industrial conveyer belt applications, baggage handling systems, Internet Things (IoT) applications.

Multiport Circular Polarized RFID-Tag Antenna for UHF Sensor Applications
A circular polarized patch antenna for UHF RFID tag-based sensor applications is presented, with the circular polarization (CP) generated by a new antenna shape, an asymmetric stars shaped slotted microstrip patch antenna (CP-ASSSMP). Four stars etched on the patch allow the antenna's size to be reduced by close to 20%. The proposed antenna is matched with two RFID chips via inductive-loop matc...

This paper presents a very low profile circular UHF small antenna with a radiating body transformed from a monopole. The proposed radiating body is gradually improved by analyzing fundamental modes of the structure with different ground planes via characteristic mode analysis (CMA). CMAs demonstrate operating principles of the radiating body so that a magnetic feeding loop is proposed to excite...

This paper presents the design and fabrication of a broadband UHF RFID tag for biomonitoring applications. The proposed tag is realized with a thin FR4 substrate of 200μm, which can be considered as flexible. It shows good performances both in free space and placed on human body. For instance, in free space, the tag can be read at 14m in the UHF RFID band and at an average distance of 4.6m when...
